    I have a question regarding switching out a phone. My wife has an HTC rezound and it keeps crashing and rebooting. I am past the 30 day window to exchange it for something else. is there any way to exchange it in a store for another phone ?

    Has she tried calling technical support? I believe that 30 day Window is for people who just straight up don't like the phone/service. But there should be a one year warranty where they'll replace faulty hardware for free.

    Well I just joined the Galaxy S3 club. Ive had so much problems with my Nexus that Verizon actually decided to give me a Pebble Blue S3 as a replacement device. Only downside is that they dont have any back covers so I have to get one off amazon. No big deal. This should hold me until my upgrade in Feb 2013. Top notch customer service...well I had to call in and voice my frustration for a month before I ran into the right person.

    When I was young Jedi (IT admin). I got involved in blogs where I gained a lot of smarts that I could not get thru education.. Make sure to take a break once in awhile. I would have to get paid alot and sell my soul to the devil to work for Verizon... don't blame U tho,

    Noob alert! I just got a factory refurb Verizon GNex through the internet, I don't even have a SIM in it yet. Question is: How do I confirm whether this phone is carrier-unlocked; and how cooperative will Verizon be to unlock it if it isn't? Honestly, I would prefer to use it with a less expensive carrier since I'm not a heavy phone or data user.

    I have tried to take mine to another carrier since I left Verizon tech support and I no longer have Verizon service. I thinks it's a list hope
