Galaxy Nexus Connection Problem

This morning all of a sudden, my Nexus would not connect to the internet. Everytime I send a text, I get this error message back right away: "This message could not be delivered due to a temporary network setup error. Please try later. Error 2112.

I took my phone to the Sprint store, they did all resetting, reactivated my phone like it was new and still nothing. They concluded that I need a replacement phone. Any other ideas? Thank you in advance!

If they reset your phone and also reactivated it then I would definitely say new phone is in order. The only other thing I can think of is it's their network but not too likely if others have no issues.

My roommate has Sprint and a different phone but he has no issues.

I called Sprint customer service and the operator told me there may be issues because of current tower upgrades but that shouldn't mean only my phone is affected....

UPDATE:

15 hours later it works now. So the guy who I talked to on the phone was right about the towers getting worked on? Wow, I was about to listen to the people at the local store and spend money on a new one.

Glad it's working! Take what they tell you at the local store with a huge grain of salt. Remember that they're most likely trying to sell you stuff, not necessarily help you out.

Well it's acting up again. Getting frustrated....

Might be time to talk to customer service about a replacement device.

Yea, I was about to go order a replacement but it has been working for the last 12+ hours......

If it's intermittent, you still might want to give them a call. Chances are it'll break when it's least convenient.
