Stock JB stuck at Google Logo

Hi,

I've an unrooted stock jelly bean on my GSM phone. Yesterday when I was browsing the internet, it suddenly crashed and the google logo keeps running in a never ending loop. I bought an unlocked phone from google and I've never rooted it either. I did a factory reset but after finishing it, the phone again goes back to google logo.

Any help would be appreciated. (Also,the USB debugging option is unchecked....if that info is required)

When you did a factory reset did you boot into the bootloader (powering on holding vol up + vol down + power) then choosing recovery and doing the factory reset from there?

yes that's the procedure I followed

Don't mean to butt in D but this case is similar to one I had several weeks ago. Same scenario that it came from Google directly. We had to manually flash the images for it to work. Don't really know if it's a batch that gives this issue
