Please Please help

I have a brand new 16gb gsm JR03C galaxy nexus. I think i messed up when failing to install a rom correctly, and somehow i believe managed to completely wipe it. I can load it to the 'start, power off, recovery mode' menu (apologies have forgotten the proper name) But upon entering the clockwork mod recovery through the recovery mode no matter what i try i can't get it too boot correctly and it says it has nothing to restore? When i do boot it just comes up with the Google logo and stays there... Have i completely wrecked or can any of you lovely lovely people save me, and i know i was an idiot and dived head first into rooting it etc without reading up on it enough, but upgrading from a Wildfire S got me fair excited. Any help would be greatly appreciated at this point.

Go to the Galaxy Hacking and mods section,the first item on the list is Wugs Nexus rom toolkit. Click there and you will find much needed information. I'm not too swift on this stuff but I have used it and been saved a few times. If you have questions, I'm sure you can PM Wug and he'll help you out. Hope all goes well, gotta go.

Sounds like you just need to push a rom to the phone install it.. and you'll be good... pick one of the roms.. but into recovery and with adb(comes with the tool kits...) and type

Adb push "name of file" /sdcard/"name if file"

Install that file and you should be able to boot up
