Are you totally stock now with no root and it's still doing it? Is your bootloader still unlocked or did you lock it back?

Odin succeeds at flashing and yes I can get into download mode. Yeah I'm 100% stock now and I'm unlocked but I've tried booting with it locked as well with no results.
How long are you waiting at boot? That first boot can take a while.

Right after I flash using fastboot it will boot in 5-10 minutes but anytime after that it will not boot, just continuous looping until the battery dies. I've tried waiting for it for up to a couple hours.
Whelp, I'm gonna end up sending it into Samsung to see if they can do anything. Thanks for the help everyone
If you are totally stock and lock the bootloader and it's doing it it may be something hardware somehow or unfixable software that VZW will cover under the warranty and they should send you a new one to replace it

I bought it used so Verizon doesn't care about me, lol. But I should still be able to use Samsung's warranty right?

I've bought phones used before from other people and still been able to get a warranty from VZW. They should be able to look at the date it was bought from the IMEI number and see it's still in the year warranty

I ran into a problem similiar to what you are describing. I ended up fixing it using the galaxy nexus tool kit v7.0 and flashing a stock image. Just google the tool kit and it will alk you through everything.
