GSM Galaxy Nexus Bricked, Stuck at Phone, Exclamation Mark, Computer Screen

Hello all! This will be my first post here. So I recently tried to flash a ROM that my Galaxy Nexus really didn't agree with and it is now stuck in the screen where it's a phone, exclamation mark in a triangle, and computer. Oddly enough, nothing happens when I try to power on the phone with the battery without a connection to the computer, but once it's connected, that screen appears. I'm unable to get into the download mode, I've tried the OMAP method which was stuck at "Waiting for Device" (Drivers for the OMAP device were installed), the ADB method did not recognize the phone, ODIN doesn't find the phone, the OneClick method doesn't work, I'm all out of options. The Nexus appears as "Unknown Device 1" on one computer (Vista x86) and "Samsung USB Driver" on another. (Windows 7 x64) If I plug the device into a either computers without a battery, the device has a blank screen but constantly connects and reconnects as an OMAP device. The OMAP appears to successfully work in this method showing no errors on my computer and ending at the "Press Any Key To Continue" Dialog, but it does not actually do anything to help the Nexus. If I press a key, the process repeats. I ordered a Jib but I realized that the phone is unable to turn on without being connected to a computer, so I'm pretty much out of ideas. (Oddly enough, the phone does not power on by itself, but if it is connected to a computer with the battery in, it can power on and runs with the same screen after unplugged on battery power) Any help is appreciated, Thank you very much for reading all of this, and have a great weekend!

What was the last thing you tried to do with the phone before it became unresponsive?

I think the wrong ROM file might have gotten flashed onto it, like a verizon one or something. Also, I got ODIN to recognize the phone by reinstalling the USB drivers from Samsung but unfortunately it crashes when I click the start button on all 3 aomputers I've tried it on, it might be the ROM I'm using. It's the stock file for GSM Galaxy Nexus' from the Google website. Thanks for the response!

I found CF-Root-GGN_YAKJU_ICL53F-v5.1 files, but none of em are able to extract, if I can't extract, then Odin PDA can't use it for my GSM Gnex help plz
