Cannot boot into fastboot or recovery

Hello all,
I was recently messing around with a few custom roms and kernels when, during an attempt to reboot, the handset got to a screen that has a picture of a phone .. yellow ! sign .. computer screen. I can't seem to boot into fastboot or recover with either ADB or holding the volume up & down + power key. I have attempted to reinstall stock ICS via odin but it always fails at the end. I am currently downloading a different PDA file to try and I will post back with the results but I don't have much faith in it working either. While that's going, does anyone have any ideas of things I might be able to try?

EDIT: It may be important to note that while Odin is attempting to flash, a blue download bar appears under the picture i described above. However, whenever Odin fails, the bar just stays stuck at the end and I have to reboot it to attempt to try again. All Odin says is "Complete(Write) operation failed."

Ok. What I did was just flash the phone file and now I can boot into OS fine. However, the phone is stating that my IMEI and baseband version are unknown and I am not getting a signal.

The PDA file found here: http://www.galaxynexusforum.com/foru...n-vzw-gsm.html worked and I have a signal now. Everything seems to be good to go, I'd say this thread was a waste of time but maybe it will help someone else.
