Bricked My Phone while attempting to ROM to 4.1

Hey everyone.

I was running BAMF Paradigm and I was attempting to upgrade to Bugless Beast 4.1
I am currently unlocked and (maybe) rooted.
I am on Verizon (LTE)

Anyway, I attempted to upgrade through Recovery and install the .zip, which worked. For whatever reason, the phone went back into recovery and I attempted to wipe my phone clean and then reinstall Bugless Beast. It froze my phone and now whenever I start up the phone, I get the Google Unlocked screen and the phone sits there and does nothing. I pulled the battery and hit the volume down button and the power button and I see the Android logo, the Green Start arrow pointing to the power button and under the logo it says Downloading... Do not turn off target!!!

In the top left corner, in red, it said ODIN MODE.

I'm currently keeping the phone going by having it plugged into the charger, but other then that, the phone won't move from the downloading screen unless I hit start, which causes it to stop on the Google screen. I have no idea what to do (Furthermore, the volume up/down buttons don't do anything while I'm on the Downloading screen)

Volume down and power is download mode. You should be able to pull the battery, then restart the phone by holding BOTH volume buttons and power to get you back into recovery. You said you are not sure if you have root access. When the device was up and running did you have the superuser icon in the app drawer?

Vol down + Power = Download mode
Vol up + Power = Odin mode
Both vol buttons + Power = Recovery

Try puling the battery and holding BOTH volume keys and power to start it up. Holding just down puts you in to download mode. When you start up use the volume keys to navigate to recovery and use power to select it. Try wiping data, cache, dalvik cache, and format system (under mounts) and then flash the ROM again or just restore a nandroid.
