Can you scroll with the volume rocker?

No I cannot. Is there some kind of phone reset I can do without having it being recognized my computer?
Have you tried a battery pull?
What steps of rooting have you completed?
If you want to factory reset, pull the battery and reinstall, hold both volume buttons and power, get back to the screen you are at now. Scroll to recovery then wipe data

I got all the way to the part where I had to find it in the device management (I never found it, but still moved on)
When I pull the battery nothing happens.
If you think I am completely screwed then I will do a factory reset.
When you battery pull it goes back to the same screen, and the physical buttons do nothing?

No, when I pull my battery it STAYS on the screen. No matter what I do it just stays there. I think my device is completely broken.
