    Hi, I also met this situation before, but thanks to the third-party software, and I can get the files back easily. What I use is data recovery from Renew, actually, you can search other as well, but this one have succeed for me. Maybe you can have a try also.
    to extract the photos and videos from crack/broken screen Samsung/Android phone, you can use Renew Android Data Recovery, just a simple steps and then you can get all them back! Besides, you can also recover other files like contacts, audios, messages, and so on!
