Soft Bricked possibly?

Ok, I don't mean to bump a old thread, but I'm having the same problem. My phone randomly froze and then when I battery pulled, my phone wouldn't turn back on. I tried using Odin, but it froze and was told it was safe to unplug it. Now I'm stuck at this screen and can't boot to the bootloader or Odin Mode.

Are you with Sprint? I borked something trying to return the phone to stock (I had accidentally flashed Verizon radios). Once I got the Sprint radios back on nothing was working quite right so I decided to use Odin to return to stock. It would constantly hang up when trying to flash the radios and give me the yellow triangle screen. I finally gave up and went to Sprint, played dumb, and they are getting me a new (not refurbished) phone this week. Luckily I had forgotten to cancel the TEP insurance that they signed me up for otherwise I would have had to go through Samsung. Good luck.
