That's about what I have. My boil kettle is a converted keg and my mash tun is a Coleman extreme. I started doing fly sparge with an Igloo for my HLT. Here is a video of my sparging:

I just bottled my Dubbel Entendre Belgian Dubbel......Can't wait to try it! I have a Belgian Blonde(I call it Deaf Dumb and Blonde) that needs to be bottled. After that, I am done until it cools off some. My home brew club www.coverthops.com has a group brew in 2 weeks. We do a Saison every summer. It's won a slew of awards.

    Cheers!

About $125 for a basic kit (glass carboy) and another $50 tops for extras to make life easier. To hell with Mr Beer. Do it now! You'll thank yourself.

I'm not a fan of the glass carboys. I've seen too many photos on home brew forums of injured brewers after they drop a slippery and heavy carboy. I've been using the buckets from day one. I recently acquired a Better Bottle as a door prize and use that for secondary.

My boil kettle. The green hue indicates the copious amount of Amarillo hops.....

    Nice stuff planet_Scott!

I use one of the igloos with a custom false bottom as the mash tun, and the other as my HLT.. that cooler setup looks pretty nice, lots of real estate in there, I tend to run out of room at about 14 lbs of grain.. then I have to get creative
Does the cooler have a false bottom? How do you have that set up?

I use a braided hose. It was about $7 at the hardware store. Cut off each end, remove the plastic hose on the inside. Fold one end over and smack with a hammer until flat. Use a hose clamp to attach to the valve. I've only had one stuck sparge and that was because I was mashing rye without rice hulls and was draining too fast.

ah, that's a really good idea. you can adapt that to use just about anything as a MLT .. is it a pain to clean it though?

No......Just run some water in the cooler/tun when finished. Allow to drain through valve. Every once in awhile, run some PBW in the tun and through the valve.
