Should be under Settings > Sound > Phone Ringtones

You can also go into each contact you want to set a different ringtone for and press MENU > Options and the ringtone option is there.

I personally use a cool program called Audacity on the PC to take clips from the songs (20-40 seconds), add a fade out and use that for my ringtones. Way more elaborate than ringdroid, but it all depends on what you are looking for.

    Badgerhead,

On my nexus s i created a folder in the root directory named 'Ringtones' then placed my music there. When you open settings for tones, the music would appear as one of the choices. I've done this method for all android phones i've used so this should also work for the Galaxy Nexus
