Hello Craig - sorry for late reply. You've probably already received a response elsewhere. If by folders you mean labels they should all sync to your GN. You should always set them up on a PC first. As far as groups go it wasn't clear what you were asking but I can tell you emphatically that there is as yet no way to send Gmail to one if your Google groups. This is simply a limitation of Android and not a flaw or shortcoming of the stock Gmail app. Hope this helps!
