Biography:

I'm probably one of the " older " guys on this forum and very much the novice. Friends are amazed - maybe even disturbed ;) - at how I've gone from little to no interest in technology, to talking about processor frequencies, cache partitioning, AMOLED and the Stuxnet worm. Decided I would not remain ignorant of all things tech for the rest of my life. Little did I know it would take hold so completely. After a year with my droid X, my one and only computer before my GN, I'm as excited as ever to explore the smartphone/Android OS universe.

Incidentally, my user name ' holly ' comes from the classic film, The Third Man.
