    First Time Flashing questions

    Hi Guys,

Great looking site, found you on Google after searching for some things.

Basically I just have a few first timer questions, first go around on my own didn't go as planned - it was fixed easy enough, but I thought more reading was in order before I tried again. Right now i am running the stock JB on on a VZW GNex. I am unlocked and rooted using WugFresh.

I just I want to make sure i am not missing any steps here:
D/l and transfer over the Rom (CNA) Kernel (Lean) and GAPPS to the phone (I have Goo Manger too if that makes things cleaner)
Reboot in recovery Clear Cache / Dalvik / System / Clear Cache again?
Flash Rom then Kernel then GAPPS
    Reboot?

Also how long would it take to reboot 5 minutes at least? (and would it stay sitting on the Google logo?)

    Thanks guys!!

Do a backup first. That way you can easily recover from a problem.

Thanks! given the hiccup i had (started with a System 7 error loading CNA 3.6.6 - redownloading the rom usually fixes right?) I figured on waiting for the next version of CNA or for 4.2 to roll out and the ROMs get updated to that. Will hold off for a bit either way
