I love this ROM, so smooth. Has anyone else noticed the absence of the button that clears your notification drawer? Am I missing the setting that turns it back on? It disappeared after I flashed 3.5.0.

It should be on the top right corner when you get a notification. I just cleared mine. I agree this rom is very smooth.

Saw a news article someone on the web wrote saying that this was the best ROM ever. Downloaded the rom, but which gapps do I download? Unless I don't understand, I can either have the "camera features" but no Picasa, or... Picasa, but no "camera features"...

EDIT: Old CNA thread for previous version had explanation...

Also, there's no installation directions. If I'm running stock 4.0.4 with root, what steps to take?

Make a backup.. Then proceed as follows
Wipe data/cache/dalvik... I like to format system in mounts & storage... Flash rom/Gapps then reboot.. Let us know how it flows..

Thanks BK. I assume again here that flashing JB bootloader is optional as well as a new kernel?

Yup you can flash JB bootloader anytime after if you want... Kernel as well... The ROM has faux kernel so you can give it a go and if you decide to switch your own call...
