The native tether app is in Settings > More > Tethering & Portable HotSpot > (check) Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
Or you could just enable the hotspot toggle to be in your dropdown like the screenshot below, the 2nd from the right is that toggle.

The one provided in the OP over at Sourcery Forum or you can also download it through the Rom updater inside the Toolbox.

I have tried to install v2.3 using ROM manager 3 times. It aborted all three times. I then installed it in recovery mode but no option to wipe cache or dalvik after selecting to install from SD card. You have the option to wipe dalvik cache prior to install from SD card. Would that be the correct method? I've installed without wiping anything but my phone is exactly like it was prior to install. Which isn't a bad thing. All my apps are the same nothing installed new. My font didn't change nothing change except the fact that it says v2.3 now and my gmail still will not sync up.

Power down phone and boot straight into recovery (hold power+ both volume buttons). Then you should see options to wipe, then install. Use GappsV2 . I had the same issue with ROM Manager. GL

Generally speaking this seems to be a better idea just to do it yourself, that way you know everything was done right... As opposed to hoping that ROM Manager did it correctly.

I agree... Don't like flashing thru ROM manager.. I like to see the file thru root explorer b4 I flash that bad boy.. ROM is running flawless..
