GNex LTE.
BAMF Paradigm has been super smooth and stable for me. Lots of customization options too

I love liquid there stuff is ultra slim, fast, stable, with some tweaks. But like others say it depends on you and your phone. I also think the first ROM you flash you will find yourself always coming back too and comparing others to it.

Codename 3.4.1 rom is the best........descent battery.....butter smooth.....no complain
Brick Count: Zero
- Galaxy Nexus LTE: Resold it to Verizon.
- Verizon Galaxy Note2: Rooted / Jelly Beans Build 1 rom / wifi-tethering
Try the Roms based on what you like. Example I like the stock look and feel so I gravitate more to aosp Roms like mmuzzy jro03l or the current VZW stock jb ROM. If you want something that is build from source but with a lot of tweaks look at a cm, aokp, liquid, sorcery. There are a lot of Roms out there and there is something for everyone. So I recommend making a good back up and try out different Roms so you can narrow it down to what makes you gravitate toward a particular ROM.
