So far it's stable for me....I'm afraid to restart my phone...but I'm thinking I should just to really test it out.
I'm also still running Franco's M3 kernel, so that may help me out a bit. Heard too many issues with JB kernels.

I was wondering if it could be a kernel issue as well. Debating whether to flash Franco's kernel, but for the few days I had JB going before the issues, it seemed to be running fine.

Check out this thread: Recover a nandroid backup

I was having a similar problem and it was because my nandroid was too big for CWM to handle. I simple installed AppExtractor and pulled the data out of the nandroid for the apps I wanted.

    Good luck!

There is no need to explain the importance of doing backup on your Samsung Galaxy phone. And you may lose them in so many ways, including factory reset, accidental deletion, system update, and so on. It is possible that everyone knows how to transfer the data to the internal storage or a SIM card. But do you have any idea how those data can be copied to PC? Worry no more.
You can try to use Samsung Backup Tool to backup and restore data on Samsung. Before this, you might want to stop using the phone for the sake of the files, because they can be overwritten and be gone.
