I haven't tried the lazy setting. Try upping your min to 729 just to test it. See it is any better or worse. Theory is by raising the min setting it will allow the device to complete its task faster and get back to sleep sooner. I will have to try out the lazy setting. FWIW, I just got a little over 10 hours with 14% left with my settings. Recharging now and changing to lazy to see what I get.

Out of boredom I want to flash a new ROM with 4.0.4, BUT I want to keep my black/white theme that I have with Android Revolution HD. Anyone know if there is a theme I can download for this version of AOKP to make it white/black?

Ok I haven't flashed a rom for awhile and I know the newest build is 4.0.4. Android Revolution is on 4.0.2 still. Any extra step other than the standard wipe data and cache I should do? (Man I'm RS over at DF, can't believe I'm asking lol)

I'd move to the 4.0.4 radios too if you haven't done that, otherwise it's all the same. I'd probably also wipe dalvik cache if you aren't doing that, leaving that one out seems to be throwing people into some bootloops lately.
