The video below was for the Galaxy nexus..we dont have a GSM ICS rom.
THIS WAS FOR OUR ICS ROM , JUST AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE OFFER DIFFERNT





Please Read the release notes..This is Beta (while we believe Stable-and have done extensive testing) it is not complete and may have some issues as its released to masses.
So please let us know what you find, or what doesnt work.


And since this is our first GSM release there may be issues we just dont know about.
But Sourcery offers the best support you will ever experience so if its brok we will fix it!!


JBSourcery tools is Bandwidth dependent. if your connection is poor than your results will vary. a good connection is required.

Known issues-------

1)occasionally when rebooting system ui it wont come back just reboot phone. this has always happened but does seem to happen more on JB.

If you find any other bugs pleas submit them to-- or feature requests.

To set auto Push messages and Rom updates notifications goto those sections and choose menu at top right.


All tools stuff is now saved under sdcard/sourcerytools


Theme manger themes are no longer limited or seamlessly changeable. If you want to insure themes do not carry over
flash stock theme in between flashing themes.


This is the first time we have released a GSM rom.. so please let us know what we missed that is specific as this is a learning process for us.
But the rom is fully functional as best as we can tell.

cpu Frequency in tools now shows correctly
buld prop now shows-may error first time just choose it again
lcd density now goes down to 160 so you can goto that mode. i think they are calling it phablet

ring no longer silent at default and thi smakes the sound up and down sounds work also.

And a major feature added we think youll like.

Also more language support I believe let us know

The tools is still not rebooting systemui each time. it worked fine n ics problematic on jb we are working on it.
just rebooting phone when it doesnt come back works and is still faster than any other way to install our mods.
if we cant make this work on JB. we will have to revert it to a reboot rather than a system ui reboot so we are still working on it as its much nicer not to have a full reboot.

This is a Public Beta of version 1.0 of JBSourcery by Team Sourery.
While we believe it is stable It is far from feature complete, and had not been as throughly tested as we demand thus the Beta tag.


We wanted to get this out there as we know Jelly Bean is highly demanded..and for the first time we also feel this is a must update.


We are working on making this as complete as our previous roms and more but it takes time so we are throwing this out earlier than we normally would.

The thread title says JB 4.1.1 but in the video he's on 4.0.4. I'm very new to all this so that confuses me. Also can I use Wuggs Toolkit to install this?

The Video is for our ICS version of the Rom. Its posted here for reference about some of the common features the two versions have. This is a Jelly Bean Rom and the recommended way to install it through your recovery. Either TWRP or CWM should work fine.

Let us know if you are having any issues and yout impressions.

OK Just wanted to make sure it was the correct ROM for me. This will be my first custom ROM. I may try this tonight, just not looking forward to downloading all my apps again... I know I can restore my apps but isn't it better to have a fresh install? Will there be any kind of conflict if I do restore my apps? Probably a tough question since it's a beta...

For the most part, if you use something like Titanium Backup or MyBackup Pro and restore apps + (app) data, you will be fine. Just make a nandroid backup (backup inside your custom recovery) before you do ANYTHING. And don't forget to make backups of each app like your launcher or other special apps too just in case one of the others goes wonky.

in tools you can choose the hat top right and clear the folder but the update is exactly the same as the 1.1 so your probably right.
the script will even say its 1.1 i didnt change the files in them. as its jsut beta and im playing with numbers. when we release offical it wil be back to 1.0
