Help!

hey guys. i need help. i charged my phone full yesterday but when i woke up this morning, my battery was at 34%. i didn't use my phone at all...im currently on franco kernel milestone 4. Is there something i did wrong when flashing this kernel? i immediately flashed this kernel after i flashed AOKP rom. Should i try a different kernel?

It's not going into deep sleep for whatever reason I'd say. Use CPU Spy to see if that's the case. I always boot the phone up in between flashes. ROM flash, reboot, kernel flash, reboot, etc. Not sure if that would cause a wake lock but I suppose it might.
