Greetings,
Does anyone know when the normal (without flashing) Jellybean is rolling out on the Yakjujp models? Is it gonna take more than a month?

no-one knows except maybe samsung and your carrier
Because if you're not getting it directly from Google then they (the carrier) have to push it out.
I heard it's Samsung that pushes the update for me

How do i go back from JB to Samsung Yajkuxw IMM76K with ADB? Any guide for that?
Can't go back unless you did a nandroid backup of your rom. You can also ask others with the same build for their stock backup. Google doesn't have the images for that build

Like what I mentioned, if you did not do a backup of your current firmware thru cwm, your chance of getting a stock yakjuxw is by looking for others who made a backup. Google only has the stock yakju firmware in their website which is flashable thru the first link in my signature. That is the generic firmware released by Google.
