Hi
I'm having the same problem as aiddisyafi
I've followed your steps from your tutorial and I can't solve the problem.
Something strange happend, the first file corrupted (supposed) is Gmail.odex then I flashed the device and the error was some library called libwebcore.so on /system/lib, i tried more flashes but always changing the file corrupted...
I know that I can flash to 4.1.1 with flashboot but I want the OTA working to verify my filesystem.
Sorry for my english
Many thanks

Which tutorial did you follow? Remember that the updates will work only if you are on stock firmware. I just did the first link in my sig to a friend over the weekend and he got the ota update for JB right after flashing the latest ICS 4.0.4 and it installed without errors.

hi, im having problems updating too. i was using aokp m6 and restored to stock (4.0.2) using my cwm backup. My phone was still unlocked and rooted. I downloaded an update (not sure it is JB or not), but during installation, an error occured and i was back to cwm recovery. Did i miss out something?
-
Yes, you missed on having stock recovery if you said that you were back to cwm recovery. Updates will only work if you have stock images

hmm...meaning the backup i made wasn't stock? i made the nandroid just after unlock and root...
so should i return to stock using Wug's toolkit? Or is there another way around it?

You just need to put the factory recovery back in place. Wugs kit will do that for you.
Tapped via Galaxy Nexus LTE..
