Seriously I have not seen any problems with phone calls at all....my gnex works great...but I too am waiting for that update...

I don't always have trouble. Only once in a while my network signal goes dead...no text, no call, no net. And only twice got call dropped.

No, just saying that I can actually make very good voice calls using my Xoom, even if it *is* a bit bulky to hold up to my ear. More to prove a point to the person I was replying to. Since I have the WiFi version, I need a wifi connection to use Google Voice, but if I had a 3G/4G model I could use it anywhere. Sound quality is great though.
