Android Market Shortcut Not Working

Well a picture is worth a thousand words, sorry about my confusion. I am not running stock or the stock launcher and have never seen that, though I didn't stay stock long enough to really look at much.

Somehow I have a feeling that's just an icon and not meant to be launchable, but honestly I don't know. I'll ask some other staff to look at this and see if anyone else knows what it represents.

Just in case the update was missed, it is working again.

Update: After the last suggestion, I restarted the phone and it worked again. It must have been clearing the data and a reboot that cleared it up. Thanks for the help.
