How do I Mount the System?

When flashing a new ROM I want to use Titanium Backup to restore my apps. I've done the backups and made an update.zip file for TiBu which is on my SD Card. After I flash the ROM using ClockworkMod recovery I'm told to, "mount the System, then install the TiBu update.zip" How exactly do I mount the system? In CMR there's a Mounts and Storage Menu and mount /system. Is this what I use to mount the system? Then what, do I flash the update.zip file off the SD Card?
It's step #6 here; [HOW-TO] TiBu The Easy Way!
    Many thanks

Hi... You are correct with mounts/storage and then flash zip.. I remember trying it this way and it didn't work out for me... Do you have the Pro version of tibu? If so I usually flash new ROM then go to play store /settings/uncheck auto-add widgets & Google ads... Get tibu from store /open and let root access /get pro key from store/

Finally you can batch restore all apps & data... (never system)...

Yes, I have the pro version and that's what I did last time so maybe I'll just do that again. Just thought I'd save a bit of time if it was already there.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
