Rooted ICS trying to go to JB Please HlELP

I have a stock ICS build that is rooted and it wouldnt take the OTA update. I need to know what i need to do to get JB on my nexus and then root it..or is there an image that i can load to is a rooted JB. thanks

Did you make any changes to the rom or bootloader? There are multiple posts that rooting doesn't block ota updates.
Just curious.

One of the most common errors for rooted devices that experience ota errors is that the recovery is not stock. If you have cwm installed, it could be that. You need to flash stock. Having just root won't matter on the update although you need to reroot afterwards

Yes I do have CWM. When I try to install the OTA it take me to CWM...I need a stock image to flash to my phone can some one point me in the right direction? Please and Thank you

What method did you use to root your phone? If you used tool kit to root it probably has the option to flash back to stock.

Galaxy Nexus & Nexus s,one click root toolkit ! Unlock bootloader+CWM+Su(or)SuperSu - xda-developershis is what was used....Im not seeing any stock flash images in the files.....FML

I think you have to wait for that tool kit to update with the JRO03O build to create a stock recovery if you have a Verizon phone.
