    Phone now not working after JB upgrade

    I am with 2degrees in New Zealand. A couple of days ago my Galaxy Nexus got upgraded to Jelly Bean 4.1.1. Worked very well till today when the phone stopped working properly. Instead of working normally it keeps going back to the multi-coloured X in the middle of the screen for sometime before returning to the home screen again. Then the same thing happens when I want to make a call or connect to wi-fi etc. The apps do not work at all. Can you help?
