Flashing to 4.1.1 via Nexus toolkit

Hey guys, i've followed the programs instructions carefully, i've unlocked my bootloader and chose to flash to yakju jellybean 4.1.1. It downloaded the image, hash checked it, and now it's extracting. The thing is... it has been extracting for about 40 minutes now. I'm scared the program is glitching or has frozen while extracting the image. Does anyone know how long it is meant to take for the extraction using this program?

The toolkit is extracting it or you are extracting it? I've never used the tool kit but I'm pretty sure you do not extract the file. You should just flash the file in a zipped format. What file extension is it?

I'm on step 4 of this: Easiest Way to Change Galaxy Nexus from Yakjuxw (Non-Yakju) to Android 4.1.1 Yakju/Takju

Turns out the program stopped responding so i'm trying again. It's an automated process of flashing, first it downloads the image, then it hashchecks it, then it extracts it and then flashes my phone with Jelly bean goodness. I'm restarting the process so it's downloading once more.
