keep getting "Couldn't sign in" .......
message from the yellow "email" app. says something to the affect that username or password is wrong for gmail account. asks me to update them.
if you haven't already figured this out, i haven't had my verizon sgn very long. anyone have suggestions on how to correct this so i don't keep getting these messages!

For gmail, you generally want to use the gmail app rather than the email app, so perhaps that's the issue.
Open the gmail app and if your account isn't listed, you can add it from settings > accounts. Then try accessing your gmail from the gmail app.
