    Battery Life Problems....

I don't know what's up with my battery life, but it's not lasting so long anymore. Maybe I'm running too many apps in the background that I don't even know I'm running & that's eating up my battery? I get an Instant Message from someone on Yahoo Instant Messenger & I didn't even know it's running in the background. I tried using, "Super Task Killer" but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I run it & see tons of apps running in memory, so I kill them all but I check a few seconds later & they are still running after it tells me that it's killed them. I don't get it. Plus the app constantly crashes when I run it.

I purchased a couple of spare batteries. They are made by Anker & are 2200mAh, so they should last longer then the battery that the phone comes with because it's only 1850mAh, but they don't seem to last longer. Can someone please give me some advice? Thanks so much!

Do you have your 4G turned on? Theat feature is a big battery hog. Also, if you aren't using your WiFi, turn that off as well, as it will continue to search, and only find dead battery. With the way Android is now, you do not need a task killer, so I wouldn't use it, as you can actually shorten your battery life, as some of the apps you kill, will only try and boot back up, whereas they were in idle before.

Also, you can download Juice Defender from the Market. I have had great luck with it, as it turns the radio off when not in use, and allows numerous modifications.
