When you go to settings/accounts/Google/ your gmail address should be at the top, if you click that then it will show you all the sync stuff for your gmail account.

It will show but there is no option with checkboxes.
As I understand it either the user does let automatically sync All the stuff OR he can force some seperate syncing only Manually.
There are NO checkboxes to let you decide wich stuff to sync
This is how it looks like
Its an Unrooted (Out Of the Box) stock Samsung Galaxy Nexus with OTA Update to 4.1.1 Jelly Bean
P.S.: My Former Phone the sony xperia V had the checkbuttons exactly as in your image
Is the auto sync feature enabled? If I remember it correctly even with ics it should have boxes when auto sync is enabled. Then you can untick each box one by one. I also have a gnex that I kept stock and that's what I have
When I said auto sync I meant from the power control widget. Activate that and then go into settings and you'll see the boxes when you enter your Gmail account. You can untick those you don't want synced.

This did the Trick!
Thank you!
I had removed the power widget because I use the notification toggler.
Its strange that without the widget its not possible to do te same.
