Welcome, ASLAV!
I know that you can import/export to external storage but I'm not sure about the SIM. However, I would suggest that you set them up in your Gmail account. It takes a little time up front but it's worth it, because you can access them with multiple devices (and not just phones) by signing into your Gmail. To me, that's the best way.

You can also easily export them to a .vcf file, and email it to yourself.. go into your contacts, press the menu button, and select export to storage..
I need to use my sim card in different phones so the above answers do not address the problem

The only option I'm seeing is to import from your SIM card, no exporting. I don't think you can export them to the SIM unfortunately.
