Talking Accidently formatted system in CWM recovery, help!

I was trying to flash a 4.0.4 system update in CWM. After receiving installation abort several times. I decided to erase all of the data not realizing that format/system erases the operating system. I also did not make a backup. Now I'm stuck on the Google logo and I'm scared I will never be able to access my phone again. Please help!

First off, it is fixable and we can help, so don't let it stress you out too much.

Do you have any ROMs on your sdcard that you've successfully flashed?

All I have is a 4.0.4 ROM on my phone but that's it. I have a full stock 4.0.1 on my computer. But my Galaxy Nexus can not be recognized by the computer so I can't access the internal storage.

Have you tried to re-flash the 4.0.4 rom?

The rom won't flash onto my phone. It's says there is a file missing or something, and it aborts the installation.

Okay, then Odin is going to be your best bet to restore to stock...are you CDMA (verizon)? If so, the links below are what you'll need.

[ODIN][ROM][ICL53F][FACTORY] Full Factory ODIN restore 4.0.2 with radios - unrooted - RootzWiki

The links to the files in that OP are broken, but you can get the odin files to flash from this post...[ODIN][ROM][ICL53F][FACTORY] Full Factory ODIN restore 4.0.2 with radios - unrooted - RootzWiki - Page 4

Still trying to find a good link for the odin software...give me a few minutes and I'll find one...
