    Question Burned pixels and Verizon is cutting me short...Please HELP!

    I noticed that the top and bottom rows of pixels are pretty burned, but not completely out. I took the phone to a Verizon store. They're remark after doing some research is that this happens with the Amoled screens. If Verizon were to replace, then they'd likely send me a used phone. I decided to wait it out for a little bit to see if it was worth all that. I really don't want a used phone. I feel I spend enough money for this item and it's faulty. Shouldn't I be able to expect a brand new Nexus? It's only 3 months old! AND to top it off, I've since noticed that there are tiny little burn streaks throughout the rest of the screen. They're more noticeable when you have a solid color background. What should I do? Anybody else have this issue?

    That's been their policy for quite some time. Don't worry about getting a refurb unit. You won't even notice.

    Yep it should be the exact same devuce just refurbished. I've received a refurbish phone (replacement droid x) and it worked better than my brand new droid x. So don't fret about a refurb.
