phone is stuck on boot screen..

i need help! Im running galaxy nexus cdma..aokp toro build 21 with franco 16.2 nightly..i had just loaded the franco kernel last night. phone ran great until about 2% battery life remaining and the phone went to shut down and then reboot..now its stuck on the android splash screen..when i do a battery pull and try to enter bootloader it shows the green android and says its downloading and will not let me do anything else..has anyone experienced this before?? i dont know how to get into the bootloader..i am hoping someone can help me. thanks

i think i got it..i keep forgetting to hold in both volume buttons...i dont know what actauly caused my problem but im sure it had something to do with that kernel installed last night..i also installed hotplug turned on too..maybe that was part of it, who knows..

yes, got it running again...was able to restore a backup..still not sure what caused it, but im thinking it may have been the kernel i had installed.
