Mine's same, but I had no trouble pairing with it, infact I can also control the sound etc on my phone from PC.
What is it doing to you? More detail?

I click add device, the wizard pops up and I click my device and choose next and it hangs up, after about 2 min I get an error. Try adding the PC from my phone and it says failed to authenticate.

I had BT pairing issues with my first GN. It would pair and then immediately unpair itself, or stay paired and not provide any functionality over the connection.

Many thought my first handset was defective for this and other reasons. Exchanged it and my current GN pairs with no problems.

FWIW in the original case.. GN wouldn't pair at all w/ desktop using native Win7 Bluetooth stack...and would pair then drop with my ThinkPad using the Lenovo BT drivers in Win.
