    Terminal Emulator says I need root..

    I've had my phone rooted for about a month now (probably longer) and have the AXI0M Monolith ROM flashed. I flashed IMO's latest stable lean kernel yesterday and about an hour ago I flashed LeanKernelTweaks too. But, when I open Terminal Emulator and try to tweak it comes up with
    "mount: you need root"

    I clearly have root so I don't know what to do..
