Wug's Nexus Root Toolkit v1.6.3 [Updated 02/24/13]

There are spaces in the folder name you have 1.4. All I did was cut the install folder from the earler version out of c:\program Files and put it on the root of the drive.. removed the space from the name so it says c:\wugfreshdevelopment (or whatever you want as long as there are no spaces) and it updated just fine..

This was discussed in Wugs instructions for how to update using the program to do it

I was wondering...is there a problem with the NRT updater, or is it just me? It completes the downloading, but stops right there...It won't continue with hashcheck and the rest...

well, I did exactly this (moved the whole folder to C:\WugFreshDevelopment) and it is still a ''no go''...
download status complete! and that's it...stops there.

Processed work for me. The only thing I can think of is the under the original location of the NRT (Program Files), is folder gone? I used cut/paste??

Yeah, it should work, and the original folder should be gone if you cut and paste. I really wish that it worked regardless of path, I had worked on that updater for so long, I must have missed something small. There isn't really a simple way to update the updater... But I guess I will roll out a new one with the full release of v1.6 when its ready.

Not sure why that's happening to you. As an alternative you can always download the full version.

It wasn't released yet when I released the toolkit. Please refer to the changelog on my site. You can use the flash other option to flash Yakju if you want. I will release an update with it soon.

I'm sorry if this has been answered but when it says to save a new Rom to your sd card, I don't see an sd card folder under my nexus (under my computer) when it's plugged into the computer. So do I just paste the Rom under the galaxy nexus directory thing by itself? Not under any other folder?

Save it to the download folder on nexus. Make sure to download gapps too. Boot into recovery. Wipe data, wipe cache, clear dalvik. Flash new rom, flash gapps, flash kernel (optional) reboot and enjoy
