Regardless, again- huge props to you Mr. Fresh. I enjoyed your stuff way back on the DroidX, and you've completely out-done yourself with this utility.
Thanks man! And thanks for the info. Do you know weather it was x86 (32bit) or x64?

WugFresh, can I just update from 1.2.2 to 1.3 or do I need to remove anything first?

I had trouble using the toolkit.

it unlocked the bootloader just fine, however it was having problems pushing su.zip to the sdcard and flashing clockwork recovery. I had to adb it manually.

here is the photo of what was going on when I tried to "root"

I am rooted now, and have since installed clockwork mod and flashed his recovery so I think im good to go there.

Wug is there a chance you check again the superuser part? I tend to think that there might be a problem with that! I came across a message that says that I don't have root. I tried to flash superuser again through recovery, but it failed (status0) and installation was aborted. Same thing happened with su-binary.zip...both i took from Superuser
    1) Do you think there is a problem?
    2) Isn't it weird that I cannot flash superuser via recovery?

p.s: The superuser that is pushed to the device with your toolkit is not the most updated...once you enter the superuser app in the drawer, you tap the su binary and then it updates itself to the latest version 3.0.3.2 (binary)...
    thanks mate!

Sounds like you had an incomplete download. Did you hashcheck the download?

I don't know why you are having this problem. If I were you I would run through the root process again using my toolkit. Yes I know that its not the latest binary. I will update the included file in the next release.. that said, updating through the app itself is very simple and also installs busybox.

Refer to the link in the OP under "Flash to Partition".

It actually just extracts to a new directory, so you can just install it and then delete the old folder.

    Version 1.2.2 extracted to: C:\GnexRootToolkit

    Version 1.3 extracts to: %HOMEDRIVE%\Wugs_GnexRootToolkit

From now on future version will probably just update the old version.
