    Multiple keyboard question

    is it possible to have the phone switch keyboards when you change the phones orientation?? I want to do this without root??? What I am hoping is that I can use stock android in portrait and thumb keyboard in landscape.

    I believe you will have to manually change that as you can only have one input method active at one time, afaik there is nothing that will change this.

    There is an app available in the market called Keyboard Manager but it requires root - I do not know of a way without root...

    Some keyboards have configuration/layout options for both Portrait and Landscape. Ultra and TouchPal are two I know do. Probably others
