I've also been a victim of this bug. I just installed SetCPU & it fixed it. Flashing different kernels, wiping & even dirty flashing wouldn't fix it.

I have setccpu also, still nothing is working for me. Have tried multiple settings still no go. Dalvik wipe worked for a few hours then back to 700mHz. I can tell when this happens because the phone becomes very laggy. Until this is not an issue for me going to install a different rom. Done spending this much time on this problem. Thanks for the reply's.

Another day on Trinity's ROM ( Alpha 66 ) and it's sticking at 1344. YMMV

Is there a direct link to Trinity rom? Going to google it just thought I'd check to see you can direct me to a link. Time to try something new. Again I reset to 1200mHz this morning and within 2 hours back to 700mHz, don't really get why this should be happening. Just a glitch in the CNA rom and my phone I guess. Really like CNA but I can't run a rom with this persistent problem. Never had this happen on any other roms I've used. As soon as I get some time today going to flash something new to my device. Thanks for any help to the right link for Trinity....also my device is a cdma/vzw.

Hey another question and some help for you wizards out there, ha. Just did a wipe/data and flashed a new rom. When I re-installed titanium backup it said something about conflicting android device ID, do you want to restore old ID or create a new one. Not sure what to do in this case, don't want to press the wrong option and mess this install up....thanks for any help here on this one.
I've never seen that b4 when going to play store... Are you always using one account to sign in?

Yes one account. Titanium BU was already installed on my device after trying to open it on my phone this message came up. It downloaded fine from the Play Store.
Hmm interesting... I've not seen that unless it's a new feature...
