Nexus Dead after discharging.

I recently flashed it with AOKP and noticed that the lock screen said battery was discharging when in use. I thought nothing of it. After a day of use I noticed that the battery was still discharging when plugged in. After is went down to 0% the phone shut off and now will not turn on.

Ive tried the following fixes to no avail:

battery pull
wall outlet change
charger change
computer usb connection
3 button power on
single power on, both quick and extended hold

All of the above have been done both with the battery IN and OUT of the phone.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried charging with battery in, but leaving it for about 20-30min then try booting it up?

It should have turned on with just the AC power at least...
