One more thing - it seems clear to me that, notwithstanding a few comments here, most who have gotten the update did it without rebooting between tries. Is that true? When I went from 4.0.1 to 4.0.4, I know I didn't reboot.

86th time the the charm - I checked a few minutes ago without clearing GSF - just to see what would happen - and nothing new. I then did the GSF clear data for the 86th or so time, and it got the update. Already downloaded, installing now!

I have a stock rooted phone. Will I receive a notification for an OTA Update?

You will still get a notification. I did for 4.0.2 and 4.0.4.

Has anyone had the update that can confirm they were on IMM76K ? not IMM76Q ? Just interested for my wife's benefit, she is jealous of my JB (not really, but, she should be).

I was on IMM76K. As I said earlier in this thread, it took me something like 80 tries, with a hard reset in between due to losing Google Services Framework.

Oh. Well, see? There's my problem, then. I didn't feel like doing this upwards of 80 times. Lol. I lost my patience with it already.

I just read this thread a few hours ago at work and turned on wifi, but no go when I manually tried to get the update. I got home and shortly after 2 am I picked up my phone and I had the update pushed to my phone with wifi still on. I live in San Diego county.
