Only had my nexus about 4month some idiot knocked into me in the pub the other night and knocked it out my hand its cracked the screen really badly and now the handset wont turn on, any ideas as to why it wont turn on? Its not just the display the phone is completely dead any help would be appreciated, jon

Sorry to hear that...you'll probably be better off getting a new phone as opposed to repairing the damaged one ..that can get quite pricey as mentioned above

Dang that sucks. Guess you don't have the guy's contact info either. Your best bet is to get a new phone/used phone off craigslist or swappa, unless you can upgrade or want to pay the full price of the phone.

I highly recommend you buy a case if you do find yourself in the pub often. I believe an Otterbox case would provide the proper protection should you ever run into a drunk again.
