Wta : can't update play store

try clearing the data/cache of the play store app. If that doesn't work try logging out of your google account and logging back in

Mine is doing the EXACT same thing. I cleared Play Store cache, cleared data too and rebooted after a battery pull.... same problem. I can't download ANY Apps at all. I get error messages no matter what app I try to download!

Where do I go to logout of my Google account? I can't seem to find where to do this?

Figured it out. You have to go to your accounts and removed my gmail account, and then reinstalled it. It upgraded fine from there.
