Hi guys.. please help a newbie.

my Galaxy Nexus phone is a yakjuxw & I live in Indonesia. Now I am willing to wait a little bit for the Jelly Bean update, as long as the release date is clear.
If my phone is not destined to receive JB, then would it best for me to flash it to yakju?
Please give me the best advice on what to do next, wait or flash JB? *note: I only got this phone for like two days*

Only Google or Samsung can answer for release dates. For sure though you'll get jb as well because the yakju/takju builds have them already. It is your choice if you prefer to wait it out or flash it now.

Depends how badly you want updates. This is my first cell phone in many many years. I had it one week before I flashed to yakju because i'm a guy who likes updates. I'm really glad I did because I learned a lot and now I'm comfortable flashing ROM's n stuff. It's lots of fun if you're willing to do some reading and ask some questions.

You will get updates but if you're waiting for Samsung it could be a long long time. Another reason I flashed was because when I got the phone I expected it to be updated regularly by Google and after doing some reading I learned that is not necessarily the case.
