Just want to make sure I'm not losing anything when I just flash stock recovery. Never flashed a phone with no physical SD card so I want to cover my bases on what I have backed up.. thanks!
If you just flash a recovery with fastboot or one of the toolkits then nothing should be touched. I still recommend backing up your SD partition every so often just in case something happens and you can't get back in to back them up

I have just spent the better part of today Re skinning theming and creating a wallpapper set to match, I go down for dinner and come back to 4.1 update OTA lol (I was expecting to wait a month or 2 At-least) now I have some Jellybean goodness Vodafone UK gotta love a Network provider that listens, 2 years ago they tried filling peoples Android smart phones with bloatware a petition was launched that went viral making national headlines now the only sign of it being a network locked device is the link in android market Google push an update I get it and that's just how it should be right across the board Only downer is They removed my beloved Microbes wallpapper thank god I extracted it now to learn how to get it signed.

The phone shouldn't be locked to a carrier?.. but that being said.. there is the bootloader unlock (from what I understand) and the carrier unlock.. I had yakjuux with Rogers, you need to get it to Yakju or takju and then u will get the update. I bought my phone from rogers and it was not locked to them..

Crap, I think I figured it out in my head.. pretty sure that I had disabled the stock Gallery app using Titanium, and forgotten to restore it before accepting the OTA and wrecking my root.. so, looks like I can't get my camera back without re-rooting, which I wasn't exactly planning on.

Did you delete it or freeze it? And yes the camera apk is in gallery. You might be able to install just the gallery apk if you know how to pull it. Another alternative is to flash gapps.

Have you backed up your files and pictures? I see too many desperate cries for help recovering deleted priceless pictures with no solution.
